Due to time differences for orders placed from overseas for next day delivery in China, it may not always be possible for us to ask for your approvals of baskets or secondary flowers before your order is processed. Accordingly, we would be most grateful if you can provide us with your instructions under such circumstances. If you do not specify your choice, we will process your order based on our judgement as per Option 1 below.

Option 1:
Yes: I will accept substitution of basket and/ or variation in the secondary flowers. Please maintain the same colour tone and style using your professional judgement.
Option 2:
No: I will not accept any variation to my order. Please contact me by email for instruction and if you do not hear from me, please hold the order.
Option 3:
Yes: The delivery date is the most important. Please substitute my order with an arrangement of similar value.
